In the course of general business we are required to perform a thorough routine investigation into the loss that occurred, we are licensed by the state to do so.
We are authorized by the state to assist the insured party to be fully indemnified for their loss(es) in first party claims.
Our fees are regulated by the State granting licensure.

As an example; In Tennessee, an insurance claim taken from inception we are permitted to charge 15% of the total claim amount on checks received by the insured.
In the case of an insurance claim taken after denial we are permitted to charge
25% of the total claim amount on checks received by the insured.
We work on a contingency basis by law. If you don't get indemnified we don't get paid.

Some Records and Documents are required to be kept by the state of Tennessee for 5 years and are on site under supervision.
We do not have any documents or items of significant monetary value at our records location.
If fraud is discovered we will move to the proper authorities and recuse ourselves of further involvement pending investigation.
PRIVACY
We do not keep records of private information not required to be kept by the State of Tennessee.
We do not ask for or keep records of credit card or social security information
In the course of business it is possible we may come into contact with documents protected by Professional/Client confidentiality
We do not intend to store these files nor do we offer these files to any other company or organization other than mandated by state agencies.
At no time will your information be shared with any third party unless so ordered by a court with reasonable jurisdiction.
This privacy policy excludes any normal business conducted in the course of insurance claims adjustment, appraisal, or similar.
As an example of this; if an agent is on your property and it comes to our attention that you have a CPAP machine that was destroyed, and you should be indemnified for the loss of said machine, we are then privy to a medical condition you may have, we will share this information of the loss with the insurance company so they will indemnify the loss(es).
WE ARE NOT A 'HIPAA COMPLIANT' COMPANY AS WE DO NOT DEAL WITH MEDICAL MATTERS IN OUR TYPICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE.
